• Help you negotiate contingencies, closing times, and final contract price.

• Guide you through the Due Diligence period including the home inspection process and negotiate repairs with the Seller if necessary.

• Communicate with the Seller's Agent and your attorney all the way through closing.

Who pays for this service?
